The exact 4 questions I ask myself before I bring something new into the treatment room

One of the things my clients often notice is that nothing in my treatment room feels random.

That’s intentional.

Every treatment, product, & modality I offer is chosen through a very specific lens, one rooted in respect for the skin & the body as a whole.

My approach is corrective, but not aggressive.
Skin respecting, not skin controlling.
& intentionally designed, not trend driven.

Before anything earns a place in my room, I ask myself a few non-negotiable questions:

Does this support the natural design of the body?
Does it respect the skin barrier & cellular function?
Does it work with the nervous system, not against it?
And is it backed by real science, not just marketing?

Because skin health is never just about the surface.

It’s influenced by lymphatic flow, muscular tension, circulation, cellular regeneration, stress, sleep, & internal health. If we ignore those systems, we miss the bigger picture.

That’s why my work is high touch & always hands on.
Touch isn’t just a luxury, it’s nervous system communication.
It supports lymphatic movement, encourages muscular release, & signals safety to the nervous system so the skin can actually respond.

I believe correction happens best when the body feels supported, not overwhelmed.

That belief is also why I’m selective with formulations & modalities. I choose options that are science backed, intelligently formulated, & proven to support regeneration without compromising the integrity of the skin.

This is a slower, more intentional way of working.
& it’s not for everyone.

But for the clients who want long-term skin health, resilience, & results that feel sustainable, this approach changes everything.

Thank you for trusting me to be thoughtful with your skin & your care.
